A. Size Exchanges (for products with size options):

If a product does not fit properly, we offer a one-time size exchange per order under the following conditions:

  1. You must email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. You must include a clear photo of the product being worn, demonstrating that the size does not fit.
  3. Upon verification and approval, we will ship the correct size at no additional cost.
  4. Each order is eligible for one size exchange only. Second exchanges will not be honored.

B. Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on the product page, we will send a free replacement under the following conditions:

  1. You must email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. You must include clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  3. Upon verification and approval, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
  4. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or an alternative solution at our discretion.

C. Wrong Product Received:

General Conditions for All Exchanges and Replacements:
